微波法制备荧光碳量子点及其对牛奶中四环素的快速检测

摘要:四环素作为广谱抗生素的一员,在畜牧业中的过度使用会导致其在动物性食品中残留,进而损害消费者健康。因此,动物性食品中四环素残留的检测对食品安全至关重要。本试验首先以柠檬酸和尿素为原料,采用微波法制备了具有良好荧光稳定性、对四环素有选择性响应的荧光碳量子点,并在此基础上构建了一种快速、灵敏的四环素荧光检测传感器。四环素在0.088 8177.6 mg/L的浓度范围内将碳量子点的荧光完全猝灭,对四环素的检测线性范围为0.44426.64 mg/L,检出限为28.416 μg/L,在实际样品中的加标回收率为98.4%111.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%4.0%。试验为快速、灵敏检测动物性食品中四环素残留提供了新思路。

Microwave Method for the Preparation of Fluorescent Carbon Quantum Dots and their Rapid Detection of Tetracycline in Milk

AbstractAs a member of broad-spectrum antibiotics, the overuse of tetracycline in animal husbandry can lead to its residues in animal derived food, which in turn damages the health of consumers. Therefore, the detection of tetracycline residues in animal derived food is crucial to food safety. In this experiment, fluorescent carbon quantum dots with good fluorescence stability and selective response to tetracycline were prepared by microwave method using citric acid and urea as raw materials. On this basis, a rapid and sensitive fluorescent sensor for tetracycline was constructed. Tetracycline completely quenched the fluorescence of carbon quantum dots in the concentration range of 0.088 8177.6 mg/L, the linear range of the sensor for tetracycline was 0.44426.64 mg/L, and the detection limit was 28.416 μg/L. The recovery rate of standard addition in actual samples were 98.4%111.8%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2.2%4.0%. This experiment provides a new idea for rapid and sensitive detection of tetracycline residues in animal derived food.
