上转换发光免疫层析法快速检测饮用水中苯并[a]芘残留

摘要:建立一种基于上转换发光材料的定量免疫层析检测试纸卡,用于饮用水中苯并[a]芘的快速定量检测,并对所制备的试纸条性能进行评价。采取免疫竞争法,通过优化试纸条各因素,研制苯并[a]芘检测试纸,并对其标准曲线、检测限、定量限、特异性、准确度等方面进行性能评价。结果表明,所制备的试纸卡标准曲线回归方程R2为0.983 5,检测限为1.007 ng/mL,定量限为1.938 ng/mL;与结构类似物无交叉反应;加标回收率为86.00%~108.47%。结果表明所研制的苯并[a]芘免疫层析试纸条具有灵敏度高、特异性好、检测快速、简便的优点,可以用于饮用水中苯[a]并芘的检测。

Rapid Detection of Benzo[a]pyrene Residues in Drinking Water by Immunochromatography with Up-conversion Luminescence

Abstract:A quantitative immunochromatographic test strip was established based on up-conversion luminescence materials for the rapid and quantitative detection of benzo[a]pyrene in drinking water,and the performance of the test strip was evaluated. Based on the competitive immunoassay model, and by optimizing the test strip elements,a benzo[a]pyrene test paper was developed. The performance of the strip was evaluated in terms of its standard curve, detection limit, quantitative limit, specificity, accuracy, etc. The results showed the regression equation R2 value of the standard curve of the developed test strip reached 0.983 5, the detection limit reached 1.007 ng/mL, the quantitative limit reached 1.938 ng/mL. The strip had no cross-reaction with structural analogs of benzo[a]pyrene, the recovery rate was 86.00%~108.47%. The results showed that the developed benzo[a]pyrene immunochromatographic test strip has the advantages of high sensitivity,good specificity, fast and simple detection, and can be applied to the detection of benzo[a]pyrene residues in drinking water.
