摘要:“高等生物催化工程”是一门多学科交叉的理论与实践密切结合的课程,在制药工程专业学位的课程体系中处于桥梁和纽带地位。该文以“价值引领、知识传递和能力提升”的人才培养理念为导向,进行了“高等生物催化工程”课程教学案例库建设,构建了以技术案例为核心,课程思政案例为辅的多元化多维度的教学案例库。通过案例教学的实施,有效激发了学生的学习兴趣,引导学生探究式学习,培养创新思维,提高学生分析和解决实际问题的能力。构建课程思政案例将专业知识传授与价值引领相结合,实现立德树人。该案例库建设将有助于研究生工程实践能力和创新能力的培养,对进一步提高制药工程专业学位研究生的教育质量意义重大。

Construction of Teaching Case Library for“Advanced Biocatalysis Engineering”Course Based on Cultivation of Innovation and Practice Ability

Abstract:“Advanced Biocatalysis Engineering” is a multidisciplinary course that combines theory and practice closely. It is a bridge and link in the curriculum system of the degree field of pharmaceutical engineering. Guided by the talent cultivation concept of“value guidance,knowledge transfer and ability improvement”,this paper has constructed the case library of “Advanced Biocatalytic Engineering” courses, and built a multidimensional teaching case library with technical cases as the core and ideological and political cases as the auxiliary. Through the implementation of case teaching, students’ interest in learning is effectively stimulated,inquiry learning is guided, innovative thinking is cultivated, and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems is improved. Constructing the case of course ideological and political education,combining professional knowledge teaching with value guidance,and realizing moral education and cultivating people. The construction of the case base will contribute to the cultivation of graduate students’ engineering practice ability and innovation ability,and is of great significance to further improve the education quality of graduate students in the field of pharmaceutical engineering.
