摘要：高校与专业对口的地方单位积极展开科产教融合，建立校外基地，其主要功能是开展校外基地实践课程。该文以地方应用型高校食品专业为例，在工程教育专业认证的成果导向教育（Outcome Based Education，OBE）理念指导下，从专业实践课程设置、基地遴选、基地实践课程教学、基地实践教学评价等方面，探讨校外基地实践课程的建设，对提升实践课程的质量起到参考作用。

Construction and Research of Off-Campus Base Practice Curriculum in Local Application-Oriented University Food Major Based on OBE Concept

Abstract：Universities and local professional counterpart units establish off-campus bases through the integration of science，industry and education，so as to carry out off-campus base practice curriculum. This paper took local application-oriented university food major as example，under the concept guidance of outcomes-based education (OBE) with engineering education accreditation，in the aspect of curriculum setting，base selection，curriculum teaching，and teaching evaluation，exploring the construction of off-campus base practice curriculum. Therefore，this study could provide a reference for improving the quality of practice curriculum.
