摘要:石斛是我国传统名贵药材之一,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖等功效,在健康医疗方面备受关注。石斛的主要有效成分毛兰素(Erianin)是一种低分子量联苄类天然化合物,多项研究证实Erianin对肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌等多种肿瘤具有明显的抑制作用;其机制涉及增强机体免疫力、抑制肿瘤血管生成、调控细胞周期、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、对抗癌药物的增效作用等,与PI3K/AKT、MAPK、Wnt/β-catenin、cGAS-STING等多种信号途径有关,同时通过抗炎作用辅助肿瘤治疗。该文就国内外近5年相关文献,分别对Erianin在抗肿瘤效应、机制、信号途径方面进行了归纳与总结,以期为Erianin在防治肿瘤和临床运用中提供参考。

Abstract: Dendrobium is one of the traditional valuable medicinal herbs in China, which has the efficacy of enhancing immunity,antioxidation,anti-tumor and lowering blood glucose,and has attracted much attention in healthcare. erianin, the main active component of Dendrobium, is a low molecular weight bibenzyl natural compound. Several studies have confirmed that erianin has obvious inhibitory effects on various tumors,such as lung, breast, colorectal and liver cancers, etc. Its mechanism involves enhancing body immunity, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,regulating cell cycle,promoting tumor apoptosis,synergizing effects on anticancer drugs and so on. It is also related to various signaling pathways such as PI3K/AKT,MAPK,Wnt/β-catenin,cGAS-STING pathway,etc.,and at the same time,it assists in tumor therapy through anti-inflammatory effects. This paper is based on related domestic and foreign literatures in recent 5 years, summarizes the anti-tumor effects,mechanisms and signaling pathways of erianin,providing references for the prevention and treatment of tumors and the clinical application of erianin.
