摘要：食品安全一直是我国社会关注的热门话题，与群众身体健康密切相关。建立完备的食品安全信息化追溯体系，有助于解决信息不共享、食品监管困难、追责定责和产品召回等问题。该体系能准确追溯问题根源，快速有效解决问题，从而提升食品安全监管水平，是目前普遍推行提升食品安全治理水平的重要手段。然而，建立完备的信息化追溯体系仍面临一些挑战，需寻求高质量解决方案。该文基于国内食品安全追溯体系的发展现状，系统分析了食品安全信息化追溯体系存在的问题及成因，并提出了完善的路径。建议通过完善追溯体制、优化信息化追溯系统、提升认识和建立智慧集群研究平台等措施，来完善食品安全信息化追溯体系，从而激发企业建立信息化追溯体系的积极性，提升社会共治水平，营造良好的食品安全大环境。

Current Situation Analysis and Development Suggestions of Food Safety Information Traceability System in China

Abstract: Food safety has always been a hot topic in our society，closely related to the health of the people. The establishment of a complete food safety information traceability system can help solving problems such as not shared information，difficult food supervision，accountability，and product recall. This system can precisely trace the source of the problem，quickly and effectively solve the problem，and improve the level of food safety supervision，it is an important means of improving food safety governance level that is widely promoted today. However， there are also some problems in establishing a complete information traceability system， and high quality solutions need to be explored. This paper is based on the current development status of domestic food safety traceability system. It systematically analyzes the existing issues and causes within the information traceability system for food safety， and proposes path to improve this system. Specifically， it recommends improving the traceability framework， optimizing the information traceability system， enhancing awareness， and establishing a research platform for intelligent clusters. These measures aim to refine the food safety information traceability system，thus stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to establish an information traceability system，elevate the level of social co-governance，and foster a favorable environment for food safety.
