基于“岗课赛证”融通的课程改革与实践 ——以高职“食品理化检测技术”课程为例

摘要:以“食品理化检测技术”课程教学为例,通过教学实践的研究与探索,将国赛及省赛项目(化学实验技术、食品安全与质量检测等)比赛标准、“农产品食品检验员”及“1+X”证书考核标准融入课程教学,实现高职院校课堂教学的“提质培优、增值赋能”,推进“岗课赛证”综合育人。

Abstract: Taking“Food Physical and Chemical Testing Technology”course teaching as an example,through the research and exploration of teaching practice, the competition standards for national and provincial events (chemical experimental technology, food safety and quality testing), the evaluation standards for“agricultural product food inspector” and“1+ X” certificate are integrated into the course teaching to realize the “quality improvement and value-added empowerment”in vocational education classroom,and to promote the“Job-Course-Competition-Certificate”comprehensive education.
