摘要:人工智能(AI)的应用为传统实验教学带来了新的机遇与挑战。在高校进入工程教育专业认证的大环境下,为保证食品科学与工程专业实验教学质量,针对目前该专业在教学内容、教学方法、教学评价体系、师资队伍建设以及实验设备和资源等方面存在的诸多不足,该文提出了改革的思路与方向。以工程教育专业认证为导向,将AI等前沿技术融入食品科学与工程专业实验教学,推动食品科学与工程专业实验教学在AI背景下的有效改革,培养出适应时代需求的食品科学与工程专业人才。

Quality Improvement of Experimental Teaching in Food Science and Engineering Major Empowered by Artificial Intelligence Under the Background of Accreditation of Engineering Education Major

Abstract: The application of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought new opportunities and challenges to traditional experimental teaching. In the environment of universities entering the accreditation of engineering education major,in order to ensure the quality of experimental teaching of food science and engineering majors,this paper proposes reform ideas and directions to address the many deficiencies in the current teaching content,teaching methods, teaching evaluation system, construction of faculty and staff, experimental equipment and resources of this major. Guided by accreditation of engineering education major, the cutting- edge technology such as AI is integrated into the experimental teaching of food science and engineering major,which promotes the effective reform of the experimental teaching of food science and engineering major under the background of AI,and cultivates the talents of food science and engineering major who are adapted to the needs of the times.
