“发酵工程”课程思政的价值意蕴与教育内容体系构设

摘要:河南科技大学食品与生物工程学院“发酵工程”课程教学团队按照《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》要求,从行业、学生、教师、课程四个角度深入剖析了“发酵工程”课程思政建设的必要性,并从知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造三个层面确定了“发酵工程”课程教学目标,进而紧扣章节知识点挖掘案例式思政元素,依据专业教学内容构设思政教育体系,将家国情怀、责任担当、科学精神、工匠精神、个人素养和职业操守六大主题式思政背景贯穿授课全过程,力求实现课程的育人功能。

Value Connotation of Ideological and Political Education in the Course ofFermentation Engineeringand the Construction of Educational Content System

Abstract: The “Fermentation Engineering” course teaching team at the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Henan University of Science and Technology, following the requirements of the “Implementation Outline for Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Universities”, conducted an in-depth analysis of the necessity of ideological and political education construction in the “Fermentation Engineering” course from four perspectives: industry, students, teachers, and course. The team determined teaching objectives for “Fermentation Engineering” course across three dimensions: knowledge teaching, skill development,and value shaping. Then by closely focusing on the knowledge points in the chapter and digging case- based ideological and political elements, an ideological and political education system was constructed based on professional teaching content. Six major thematic ideological and political backgrounds were integrated throughout the entire teaching process: love for country and family, responsibility, scientific spirit, craftsmanship spirit,personal quality and professional ethics,striving to achieve the educational function of the course.
