OBE-CDIO 理念下食品类专业的分析化学实验教学改革

摘要:针对当前高校食品类专业分析化学实验教学存在的验证性实验多、创新性实验少、大型仪器使用率低、教学模式单一、考核模式简单以及实验内容脱离专业特点等问题,在成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念指导下,依托学校开放性创新实验教学平台,开展“火焰原子吸收光谱法测定酱油、食醋中的锰元素含量”的大型仪器实验教学,结合“构思-设计-实施-运行”(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate,CDIO)教学模式,从实验方案构思、实验过程设计、实验过程实施和实验项目运行四个方面对食品类专业分析化学实验教学进行改革。同时,基于OBE理念构建实验课程过程性评价指标体系,从知识、能力和素质层面培养学生的综合能力和科学素养。

Reform of Analytical Chemistry Experiment Teaching in Food Related Majors under OBE-CDIO Concept

Abstract: To solve the problems of many confirmatory experiments,few innovative experiments,low utilization of large instruments, single teaching mode, simple assessment mode, and experimental content deviating from professional characteristics in the current analytical chemistry experiment teaching in food related majors in universities. Guided by the outcome based education (OBE) concept, based on the school’s open innovative experimental teaching platform, large-scale instrument experiment teaching “The Determination of Manganese Content in Soy Sauce and Vinegar by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy”was carried out. Combined with the (Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate) CDIO teaching mode,the analytical chemistry experiment teaching in food related majors was reformed from four aspects:experimental plan conception,experimental process design, experimental process execution, and experimental project operation. At the same time, based on the OBE concept, a process evaluation index system for experimental courses was constructed to cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities and scientific qualities from the perspectives of knowledge,ability,and quality.
