野坝子挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

摘要:研究野坝子挥发油β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺。采用饱和水溶液法制备野坝子挥发油β-环糊精包合物。以包合物的收率和包合物含油率为评价指标,采用正交设计法优选野坝子挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺条件,并使用薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法对包合效果进行评价。结果表明,正交实验得到的最佳工艺条件:挥发油与β-环糊精的配比为1∶6 mL/g、包合温度为60 ℃、包合时间1.5 h,在此工艺条件下,β-环糊精包合物的收率和含油率均较高,可以推广应用。

The Research of Production Process of β-cyclodextrin Compound of Elsholtzia rugulosa Volatile Oil

AbstractTo study the best preparation process of β-cyclodextrin inclusion of Elsholtzia rugulosa essential oil. The β-cycloextrin complex was prepared by saturated aqueous solution. Using the yield and oil content of inclu⁃sion compounds as evaluation indicators, the orthogonal design method was used to optimize the preparation con⁃ditions of cyclodextrin inclusion complex, and the inclusion effect was evaluated by TLC and UV spectrophotome⁃try. The results showed that the best process conditions obtained by the orthogonal experimentthe ratio of vola⁃tile oil and β-cyclodextrin is 1∶6 mL/g, the inclusion temperature is 60 ℃, and the inclusion time is 1.5 h. Under this process condition, the yield and oil content of β-cyclodextrin inclusion are high, which can be popu⁃larized and applied.
