摘要：本文通过深入挖掘《食品营养学》课程思政元素、深度拓展教学内容，同时结合工程认证OBE理念开展产学合作的实践教学，以期为课程思政教育改革提供参考和借鉴，同时也能够达到培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的目的。

Practice and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in Teaching Reform of Food Nutrition

Abstract: In this article, food nutrition course ideological elements and teaching content are investigated in depth. Meanwhile, practical teaching of industry-school cooperation are performed by combining with the concept of engineering certification OBE, so as to provide reference for curriculum education reform of education, and finally achieving the purpose of training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist.
