摘要:比较草果中两种不同多酚类体外抗氧化活性。以 Vc 为阳性对照,采用体外抗氧化活性方法,测定草果中不同多酚类黄酮和酚酸对DPPH·、ABTS+·、·OH、O2·-清除能力和 Fe3+还原力。结果表明,草果中不同多酚类在0.625 mg/mL 时对DPPH·清除率均达到80%以上,还具有一定的ABTS+·、·OH、O2·-清除作用和 Fe3+还原作用。其清除效果与草果多酚浓度具有剂量依赖性。草果酚酸对 DPPH·清除能力优于草果黄酮;草果黄酮对ABTS+·、·OH、O2·-清除能力和Fe3+还原能力均强于酚酸。

Study on in Vitro Antioxidant Activities of Polyphenols from Amomum tsao-ko

Abstract:To evaluate in vitro antioxidant activities of two different polyphenols from Amomum tsao-ko, and to lay a foundation for the research and development of antioxidant chemical components in the A. tsao- ko.Through in vitro antioxidant activity tests, taking ascorbic acid as a positive control, the antioxidant activity ofthe two species of polyphenolic flavonoids and phenolic acids from A. tsao-ko on DPPH·, ABTS+·, hydroxyl radical, O2-and Fe3+reducing ability were investigated. The scavenging rates of two different polyphenols at the concentration of 0.625 mg/mL on DPPH radical were all over 80%,they also had certain scavenging effect on ABTS+ radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and Fe3+ reduction. The antioxidant effects were positively correlated with the polyphenol concentration within a certain range. Comparatively, the DPPH radical scavenging ability of phenolic acids from A.tsao-ko was better than that of flavonoids, the flavonoids based on the capability to remove ABTS+ radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and Fe3+ reducing capacity was stronger than that of phenolic acids.
