ICP-MS法分析不同培养基培育蛹虫草及制品中23种元素

摘要:建立微波消解前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定蛹虫草及制品中23种元素的分析方法,分析不同培养基培育蛹虫草中元素的相关性。优化前处理体系,氦气碰撞诱导解离(CID-动能歧视(KED)模式克服质谱干扰,实现高浓度元素和痕量元素的同时检测。NaMgPKCa0.0110.0 mg/LFeCuZnSrSe0.0021.0 mg/LAlVCrMnNiAsMoCdSnSbBaPb 0.0120.0 μg/LHg 0.0022.0 μg/L 线性良好,相关系数0.999 11.000 0,检出限为0.03228μg/kg,精密度0.59%3.9%,准确度符合要求。方法应用于3种不同培养基培育的蛹虫草及制品,主成分分析和聚类分析显示,元素含量水平受培养基影响很大;目前市售产品未发现食品安全风险。

Analysis of 23 Kinds of Elements in Cordyceps militaris and Its Products Cultivated with Different Culture Media by ICP-MS

AbstractThe determination of 23 kinds of elements in Cordyceps militaris and its products were studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion pretreatment. The correlation of elements in Cordyceps militaris from different culture media was analyzed. The pretreatment system were optimized, and the Helium collision induced dissociation (CID) and kinetic energy discrimination (KED) mode were used to depressed mass spectrum interference and achieves simultaneous detection of high concentration and trace elements. The linear ranges were 0.0110.0 mg/L of sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium0.0021.0 mg/L of iron, copper, zinc, strontium, selenium, 0.0120.0 μg/L of aluminium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, nickel, arsenic, molybdenum, cadmium, tin, stibium, barium, lead and 0.0022.0 μg/L of mercury with the well linear relationshipand the correlation coefficients were 0.999 11.000 0. The detection limits of the method were 0.03228 μg/kg. The relative standard derivations were 0.59% 3.9% , and the accuracy met requirements. It was applied to the determination of Cordyceps militaris and its products cultivated with 3 kinds of culture media. Principal component analysis and cluster analysis revealed that, the element levels were greatly affected by culture medium. No dietary risk was found in the products on the market at present.
