多效价复合配方栽培基质对香菇子实体品质的影响

摘要:本研究构建了一种最佳香菇子实体多效价复合菌棒配方。以企业常规生产配方(木屑麦麸石膏蔗糖=78%∶20%∶1%∶1%)为对照,通过添加不同比例的菜籽饼调节培养料碳氮比,测定不同配方所生产香菇子实体的主要营养成分、产量和生物学效率。结果表明:C配方所生产的香菇子实体中蛋白质、脂肪、多糖的含量及产量、生物学效率均最高,分别比对照组高25.50%37.98%401.00%32.84%32.84%。菜籽饼添加量显著影响香菇子实体中蛋白质、脂肪、多糖的含量和产量、生物学效率。相关性分析发现香菇子实体产量和生物学效率与香菇子实体主要营养成分呈极显著正相关(P0.01);聚类分析将不同多效价复合配方分为3类,将不同多效价复合配方香菇子实体主要营养成分含量、产量和生物学效率也划分为高、中和低三类,且筛选出培养料碳氮比适中且香菇子实体品质最佳的配方C(木屑麦麸菜籽饼石膏蔗糖=78%∶18%∶2%∶1%∶1%),为香菇品质的提高提供理论依据。

Effects of Different Multi-Potency Compound Culture Substrates on the Quality of Lentinus edodes

AbstractIn this study, an optimal multi-titer compound fungus stick formulation for Lentinus edodes was constructed. The mushroom cultivation regular formula was used as the control, including 78% sawdust20% bran, 1% gypsum and 1% sugar, by adding different proportions of rapeseed cake adjust substrates carbon nitrogen ratio. Then the main nutrient content, yield and biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes produced by different formulations were determined. The results show that the content, yield and biological efficiency of protein, fat and polysaccharide in Lentinus edodes produced by formula C are the highest, which are 25.50% , 37.98% , 401.00%, 32.84% and 32.84% higher than those in the control group, respectively. The supplemental amount of rapeseed cake are significantly affected the content of protein, fat and polysaccharide, yield and biological efficiency. Correlation analysis show that the yield and biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes are extreme significant positive correlation with the main nutrient components (P0.01)By cluster analysis, different multi-potency compound formulations are divided into 3 categories. The main nutrient content, yield and biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes with different multi-potency compound formulations are divided into three categories: high, medium and low. Finally, formula C (sawdust∶bran∶rapeseed cake∶gypsum∶sugar78%∶18%∶2%∶ 1%∶1%) with medium C/N ratio and best quality is screened out. To provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of Lentinus edodes.
