摘要：枸杞是中医中常用的滋补药材，枸杞多糖是枸杞中最主要的活性成分，也是其发挥药效的主要成分，具有多种生物活性，因此开发枸杞多糖具有良好的市场前景。文章综述了近年来关于枸杞多糖的提取、纯化、结构鉴定、药理作用及生产中的应用等相关研究，可为枸杞多糖的深入研究和相关产品的开发提供理论依据和借鉴。

Research Progress on Extraction, Purification, Structure Identification and Pharmacological Action of Lycium barbarum Polysaccharides

Abstract：Lycium barbarum L. is a common tonic medicine in traditional Chinese medicine and Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) is the most important active component and material basis for effectiveness, It has a variety of biological activities. Therefore，the development of the LBP industry has a good market. In this paper, the extraction, purification, structural identification, pharmacological effects and application in production of LBP were reviewed. It can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the in-depth study of LBP and the development of related products.
