基于微视频的高职仪器分析项目化教学课程模式初探 ——以食品营养与检测专业为例

摘要:根据当前食品营养与检测专业学生就业工作领域要求,利用自主录制课程微视频资源,基于以项目化为导向的教学理念,对《仪器分析》课程模式进行优化,从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段和评价体系四个方面进行项目化教学改革,为学生进入工作岗位后迅速适应角色,胜任工作奠定基础。

AbstractAccording to the current employment field requirements of students majoring in food nutrition and testing, this paper is planned to record the micro video resources of the course independently, meanwhile based on the project-oriented teaching theory, the mode of “instrumental analysis” optimized from four aspects: teaching content, teaching methods, teaching means and evaluation system. The project-based teaching reform lays a foundation for students to quickly adapt to their roles and be competent for their work.
