摘要:食品包装学是一门典型的综合性的应用学科,涉及化学、生物学、物理学、美学等基础科学,更与食品科学、包装科学、市场营销等人文学科密切相关。它包容了食品工程、机械力学工程、化学工程、包装材料工程、社会人文工程等领域,其属于典型的多学科交叉的综合性的应用科学,教好和学好做好食品包装都是一件十分困难的事情。针对学生学习积极性不高、课堂氛围枯燥沉闷等现状,我们在优化教学内容、增加教师辅导答疑时间的基础上,进一步完善教学模式,把部分课堂交给学生;并重点改革考核模式,在课程中间学生也可能被淘汰,最后重视学生反馈和教学反思,从而形成系统的闭环式的教学改革模式,从而使老师教好和学生学好这门内容枯燥繁多的课程成为可能。

Teaching Reform and Practices in the Course of Food Packaging

Abstract:Food packaging is a typical comprehensive and practical course, including the knowledge of chemistry, biology, physics, food science, aesthetics and packaging design et al. It is difficult to study and teach this course because of its comprehensive. According to the problems in the teaching course, such as low learning enthusiasm and classroom boring, we should optimize the teaching content and increase the time of teachers' tutoring and answering questions, further improve the teaching mode and give some classes to students, and focus on reforming the examination mode, students may also be eliminated in the middle of the course, and finally attach importance to students’feedback and teaching reflection, so as to form a systematic closed-loop teaching reform mode, so as to make it possible for teachers to teach well and students to learn this boring and many courses.
