响应面法优化黄花倒水莲多糖的提取工艺

摘要:本文以多糖提取率为指标,对影响黄花倒水莲多糖提取的因素进行了研究,在单因素试验的基础上,运用Box-Behnken响应面法对黄花倒水莲多糖的提取工艺进行优化。确定最优提取工艺参数为:提取时间2.4 h、提取温度82 、液料比301 mL/g。在该条件下,黄花倒水莲多糖的提取率为3.28±0.09%,与理论预测值3.31%较为接近。

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Polygala fallax Hemsl by Response Surface Methodology

AbstractBased on the extraction rate of polysaccharides,the factors affecting the extraction of polysaccharides in Polygala fallax Hemsl were studied. Using the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and the extraction conditions were optimized by the Box-Behnken response surface methodology based on the single factor tests. According to the experimental results, the optimal extraction conditions were as follow: extraction time was 2.4 h, extraction temperature was 82  and liquid-solid ratio was 30∶1 mL/g. Under these extraction conditions, the polysaccharide extraction rate was 3.28±0.09%, which was similar to the predicted 3.31%.
