摘要:随着居民生活水平的不断提高,保健食品产业因人们生活水平的提升以及对健康观念的重视而日益蓬勃发展。已经成为当今世界食品消费的重要趋势。本文基于文献分析法首先阐述了保健食品的内涵,随后以韩国保健食品产业为例,分析了韩国保健食品管理的现状及其发展趋势,以期对我国保健食品产业的发展提供经验借鉴。

Research on the Current Situation and Development Trend of Health Food Regulation in Korea

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of residents' living standards, the health food industry is booming due to the improvement of people’s living standards and the importance of health concepts. The development of health food has become an important trend of food consumption in the world. Based on the literature analysis method, this paper firstly elaborated the contents of health food, and then took the health food industry in South Korea as an example, analyzed the status and development trend of health food management in South Korea, in order to provide experience for the development of China’s health food industry.
