摘要：为实验室对水中铜绿假单胞菌的检测提供外部质量保证，增强客户及相关委托方对实验室出具可靠数据的信心，我实验室积极参加盲样考核和能力验证活动。本文按照能力验证作业指导书及GB 8538-2016饮用天然矿泉水检验方法操作，以VITEK 2生化鉴定仪辅助鉴定并对结果加以分析。本次实验室参与的矿泉水铜绿假单胞菌检测结果均为满意。

Analysis of the Results of Quantitative Test of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Mineral Water

Abstract：To provide external quality assurance for laboratory testing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in water, and enhance the confidence of customers and relevant clients in issuing reliable data to the laboratory. Our laboratory actively participates in blind sample assessment and proficiency testing activities. This article is operated according to the Capability Verification Operation Guide and GB 8538-2016 drinking natural mineral water test method, and is assisted by VITEK 2 biochemical identification instrument and the results are analyzed. The detection results of the mineral water Pseudomonas aeruginosa participated in the laboratory were satisfactory.
