2019年平湖市食用农产品风险监测结果分析

摘要:从平湖市各个乡镇、街道采集各类食用农产品,依据《食品安全国家标准》、《国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则(2019年版)》等相关检验检测方法进行风险监测分析。以了解平湖市食用农产品中农药残留、兽药残留的污染现状,为制定合理有效的控制措施提供科学依据。对采集的439批次五类食用农产品进行了农药残留、兽药残留的检测,发现34批次蔬菜和水果样本农药残留超标、5批次水产品和鲜蛋样本兽药残留超标。2019年平湖市食用农产品风险监测指标合格率较高,但部分食用农产品仍存在较高的安全风险,建议有关部门采取针对性措施加强重点环节监管,确保本市食用农产品安全。

Analysis of Risk Monitoring Results of Edible Agricultural Products in Pinghu City in 2019

AbstractAll kinds of edible agricultural products were collected from the towns and streets of Pinghu city, and risk monitoring and analysis were carried out according to “The national food safety standards”, “Implementation rules of national food safety supervision and sampling inspection (2019 Edition)” and other relevant inspection and testing methods. In order to understand the pollution status of pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in edible agricultural products in Pinghu city, and to provide scientific basis for formulating reasonable and effective control measures. The pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues of 439 batches of five kinds of edible agricultural products were detected. It was found that the pesticide residues in 34 batches of vegetables and fruits samples exceeded the standard, and that of 5 batches of aquatic products and fresh eggs samples exceeded the standard. In 2019, Edible agricultural products qualified rates were high in Pinghu, but some edible agricultural products still have high safety risks. It is suggested that relevant departments should take targeted measures to strengthen the supervision of key links to ensure the safety of edible agricultural products in Pinghu city.
