摘要:微生物学实验作为微生物学实践组成部分,是食品科学与工程大类各专业的专业基础课程。微生物实验涉及内容广泛,按照新工科工程教育要求,需要对教学内容恰当取舍,还要结合专业特色,与理论内容良好衔接,需要体现创新型和应用技术型人才培养的目标。新工科背景下,基于“卓越工程师”的培养目标,结合微生物学课程,对实验教学进行一些改革探索。

The Reform of Microbiology Experiment Teaching Based on the Training of Food Science and Engineering Excellent Engineers under the New Engineering Background

Abstract:As a part of microbiology practice, microbiology experiment is a basic course for all majors of food science and engineering. Microbial experiments cover a wide range of contents. According to the requirements of new engineering education, teaching content of microbiology experiment should be properly selected, and combined with theoretical content with own professional characteristics so as to embody the goal of cultivating innovative and applied talents. Under the new engineering background, some reform and exploration of microbiology experimental teaching are carried out based on the training goal of excellent engineer.
