食物中铅污染认知调查及现状分析

摘要:在我们的日常生活中,由于环境污染等原因,铅通过各种途径污染食品,经消化道进入人体,引起潜在的健康危害。为减少食物中铅污染对人体健康造成危害,本文通过文献研究食品中铅污染现状,在此基础上采用问卷开展食品中铅污染认知调查(铅污染的主要来源、铅对人体的危害、铅的安全剂量等),最后讨论并提出相关防治措施,旨在加强人们对食品中铅污染防治知识的了解,减少食品中铅污染对人体健康的潜在危害。

Cognitive Survey and Current Situation Analysis of Food Lead Pollution

AbstractIn our daily life, lead polluted food by various ways due to environmental pollution and other reasons. Lead could go into the human body through the digestive tract, causing potential health hazards. In order to reduce the harm of lead pollution in food to people's health, this paper studied the current situation of lead pollution in food by literature, and carried out the cognitive survey of lead pollution in food (the main source of lead pollution, the harm of lead to human body, the safe dose of lead, etc.). Finally this paper discussed and put forward the relevant prevention and control measures to strengthen people's understanding of food lead pollution prevention and control knowledge and reduce the potential harm of food lead pollution to human health.
