基于教学内容、教学方法及考核方式的《食品标准与法规》课程体系优化

摘要:食品标准与法规是从事食品加工、销售以及开发利用各环节必须遵守的法律规范,《食品标准与法规》课程是食品安全相关人才培养过程中一门重要专业课程,但是这门课程传统的教学体系在教学内容、教学方式和考核评价方式中存在一系列问题,本文针对传统教学方式中的这些问题进行分析和改革。通过优化教学内容,紧跟最新动态;改进教学方法,激发学生兴趣;革新评价方式,调动学习主动性,从而达到提升教学效果的目的。

AbstractFood standards and regulations are the laws and rules that must be abided by during all the process of food processing, sales, development and utilization. “Food standards and regulations” is an important professional course in the training of safety related persons. But the traditional teaching system of this course has a series of problems in teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods. This paper analyzed these problems and proposed reform measures. We improved teaching effect by optimizing teaching content to keep up with the latest trends, improving teaching methods to stimulate students' interest, innovating evaluation methods to mobilize learning initiative.
