摘要:人才培养质量是检验高校内涵式发展的标准,针对食品工程专业人才培养的特点,面向工程教育认证,分析当前本科毕业论文存在的问题和不足。根据专业毕业要求,对通用标准中12条指标点在毕业论文课程中的情况进行分析。从毕业论文的设计、实施、写作等各环节出发,以解决复杂工程问题为导向,探讨本科毕业论文模式的改革。通过教学持续改进,促进学生运用知识,体现专业特色,加强工程实践能力的培养,为食品类新工科专业建设提供参考。

Reform on Teaching Reform of Food Specialty Graduation Thesis Based on Engineering Education Certification

Abstract:The standard to test the connotative development of colleges and universities is the talent training quality. According to the characteristics of food engineering talent training, oriented to engineering education certification, the problems and shortcomings of the current graduate thesis are analyzed. According to the graduation requirements and the 12 general standards in the graduation thesis course system. The reform of graduation thesis model is discussed through the design, implementation, writing etc links to solve complex engineering problems. Through continuous improvement of teaching, students can be promoted to apply knowledge. The professional features is reflected. The engineering practice ability of students is strengthened. It can provide reference for the construction of new engineering specialty of food.
