摘要:为了实现双孢蘑菇液体菌种的规模化应用,以菌丝球生物量、直径、密度、萌发时间等为关键指标,采用5 L气升式反应器,对发酵过程通气量和pH进行探索。结果表明:在通气量3.0 L/min,控制发酵过程恒定为pH 6.0的条件下,双孢蘑菇液体菌种生物量达到91 g/L,菌丝萌发时间低至6.8 h,密度为67个/mL。本研究为双孢蘑菇液体菌种规模化应用提供了有力的支撑。

Effects of Aeration Volume and pH on Liquid Seeds of Agaricus bisporus in 5L Air-lift Reactor

Abstract:In order to realize the application of liquid seed of Agaricus bisporus in the cultivation of edible fungi, the growth characteristics of the A.bisporus in 5 L air-lift reactor was investigated. Mycelium biomass, diameter, density and germination time were optimized through control of aeration volume and pH. The results showed that under the condition of aeration volume 3.0 L/min and pH 6.0 mycelium biomass, germination time and density could reached to 91 g/L, 6.8 h and 67 per mL, respectively. The study provided a strong support for the application of the A.bisporus liquid seed in the cultivation of mushroom.
