体育运动与膳食联合干预对肥胖大学生健康状况及焦虑情绪的影响分析

摘要:分析体育运动与膳食联合干预对肥胖大学生健康状况及情绪管理的支持作用。将65名肥胖大学生分成膳食组、联合组,分别实施单纯膳食干预、体育运动联合膳食干预。联合组干预后脂代谢指标:总胆固醇、甘油三酯指标均低于膳食组(P0.05)。联合组干预后身体指标:腹部皮褶厚度及BMI均低于膳食组(P0.05);联合组对健康管理的满意度高于膳食组(P0.05)。联合组干预后焦虑情绪及生活质量均优于膳食组(P0.05)。体育运动与膳食联合干预用于肥胖大学生管理,可改善其健康状况,帮助肥胖大学生尽快摆脱焦虑情绪。

Analysis of the Influence of Combined Intervention of Physical Exercise and Diet on Health Status and Anxiety of Obese College Students

AbstractTo analyze the supportive effect of combined intervention of physical exercise and diet on the health status and emotional management of obese college students. 65 obese college students were divided into diet group and combination group, and were given simple diet intervention and physical exercise combined diet intervention respectively. The lipid metabolism indexes of the combined group were lower than those of the diet group (P<0.05). Body index after intervention in the combined group: the thickness of abdominal skin fold and BMI were lower than those in the diet group (P<0.05).The satisfaction with health management in the combination group was higher than that in the diet group (P0.05). Anxiety and quality of life in the combined group were better than those in the diet group (P0.05). The combined intervention of physical exercise and diet can improve the health status of obese college students and help them get rid of anxiety as soon as possible.
