摘要:本文以常见的肉制品为研究对象,建立并优化了经过固相萃取小柱净化,结合LC-MS/MS测定肉制品中8种孕激素残留量的方法。样品经过酶解提取,之后经C18小柱净化后,采用液相色谱串联质谱对孕激素进行检测分析。结果表明,8种孕激素分离效果好,检出限(LOD)为0.01-0.05 μg/kg,相对标准偏差<4.0%(n=6),加标回收率达到76.8%-103.3%。表明该方法具有比较高的重现性和选择性,对于肉制品中孕激素的残留测定具有很好的应用价值。

Determination of Progesterone Drug Residues in Food of Animal Origin by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:This article takes common meat products as the research object,establishes and optimizes the method of solid phase extraction cartridge purification, combined with LC-MS/MS to determine the 8 kinds of progesterone residues in meat products. After the sample is enzymatically digested and extracted, purified by a C18 cartridge, the progesterone is detected and analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that the separation effect of 8 progestogens was good, the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.01-0.05 μg/kg, the relative standard deviation was<4.0% (n=6), and the recovery rate of standard addition reached 76.8%-103.3% . This indicates that the method has relatively high reproducibility and selectivity, and has good application value for the determination of progesterone residues in meat products.
