任务驱动融合PBL教学法在《粮油品质分析》课程中的应用

摘要:传统教学方法形式单一、内容枯燥,无法激发学生的学习兴趣。为培养应用型人才,提升高等教育质量,在《粮油品质分析》课程中引入任务驱动教学法与PBL教学法融合的模式。通过对结课成绩、学习过程、教学方法等进行评价,与传统教学方法的对照组相比,受试学生的成绩明显提高,学习兴趣更浓厚,知识掌握更扎实。

Application of Task-driven Fusion PBL Teaching Method in the Course of Grain and Oil Quality Analysis

AbstractTraditional teaching methods have a single form and boring content, which cannot stimulate students' interest in learning. In order to cultivate application-oriented talents and improve the quality of higher education, a model of integrating task-driven teaching method and PBL teaching method is introduced into the course of grain and oil quality analysis. Through the evaluation of the students' final grades, learning process, teaching methods, etc. Compared with the control group of the traditional teaching method, their scores were significantly improved, their learning interest was stronger,and their knowledge was more solid.
