摘要:本文对粪肠球菌EF-ZA1107-06的疏水性、自凝聚力、耐酸特性、生长特性和高密度培养进行了研究。结果表明,粪肠球菌EF-ZA1107-06的疏水性较好,自凝聚力随时间增加而快速增长。粪肠球菌EF-ZA1107-06对pH 2.0溶液的耐受性较差,对pH为2.5、3.0和4.0的溶液的耐受性较好。最适培养基为MRS肉汤中的葡萄糖、酵母粉、牛肉膏和硫酸镁的质量分数分别为2.0%、2.0%、3.0%、0.08%,其他成分保持不变。在此条件下,活菌数可达8.77 lg CFU/mL,较优化前提高了7倍,满足菌株高密度培养的需要。

Optimization of the Proliferation Medium of Enterococcus faecalis EF-ZA1107-06 and Research of Its Characterization

Abstract:The hydrophobicity, self-cohesion, acid resistance characteristics growth characteristics and highdensity cultivation and of Enterococcus faecalis EF-ZA1107-06 were studied. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of Enterococcus faecalis EF-ZA1107-06 was good and the self-cohesion increased rapidly with time. Enterococcus faecalis EF-ZA1107-06 has poor tolerance to pH 2.0 solution and good tolerance to pH 2.5, 3.0 and 4.0 solution. The optimum medium was MRS broth with mass fractions of glucose, yeast powder, beef paste and magnesium sulfate of 2.0%, 2.0%, 3.0% and 0.08%, respectively, and other components were kept constant. Under this condition, the number of live bacteria could reach 8.77 lg CFU/mL, which was 7-fold higher than that before optimization, and meeting the needs of high-density culture of the strain.
