新工科与工程认证背景下“食品添加剂”课程思政教学探索与实践

摘要:随着新工科背景下对教育改革和工程认证要求的提高,思政教育在工科课程中的地位越来越重要。“食品添加剂”是食品科学与工程专业的核心课程,思政教学的引入促使工科课程更加注重人文关怀和社会责任,有助于培养学生的综合素质和社会意识,使其符合工程认证的要求。该文以“食品添加剂”课程为例,探讨了如何将思政教育融入工科课程中,以培养学生的创新意识、思想道德素质和社会责任感。

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of“Food Additives”under the Background of New Engineering and Engineering Certification

Abstract:With the increase in the requirements for educational reform and engineering certification in the context of new engineering disciplines, the position of ideological and political education in engineering curriculum is becoming more and more important. “Food Additives” is the core course of food science and engineering majors, the introduction of ideological and political education promotes engineering courses to pay more attention to humanistic care and social responsibility, helps to cultivate students' comprehensive quality and social awareness, and makes them meet the requirements of engineering certification. In this paper, we took the course “Food Additives” as an example to explore how to integrate the ideological and political education into engineering courses to cultivate students' innovative awareness,ideological and moral quality and social responsibility.
