“一线三融”多层次教学模式在“园艺产品贮藏加工学”教学中的创新与应用

摘要:以园艺类本科专业核心课程“园艺产品贮藏加工学”为研究和应用对象,坚持以学生为中心、OBE理论和持续改进的教学理念,以“从园艺产品基础知识到实际应用”为主线,优化教学内容,把知识体系重构为“认知园艺产品-培养技能-应用技能”3个模块,同时将“思政元素与课程内容相融合、科学研究与课堂学习相融合、区域产业与专业教学相融合”,体现出课程“基础知识-能力提升-实践应用”多层次的人才培养;建立以“持续改进”为核心的课程评价体系,实现了对学生知识、思维及能力的有效评价,探索出“一线三融”多层次的教学模式,赋能园艺专业创新型、应用型人才培养。

Innovation and Application of the“One Line Three Integration”Multi Level Teaching Model in the Teaching of “Horticultural Product Storage and Processing”

Abstract:Taking “Horticultural Product Storage and Processing” as the research and application object, adhering to the student-centered, Outcome-based education teaching philosophy and teaching reform goals, with“From Horticultural Product Basic Knowledge to Practical Application”as the main line, optimizing the teaching content, reconstructing the knowledge system into three modules:“Cognitive Horticultural Products- Training Skills-Application Skills”, and integrating“Ideological and Political Education with Course Content, Scientific Research with Classroom Learning, Regional Industry with Professional Teaching”, reflecting the multi- level talent cultivation of the course “Basic Knowledge-Ability Enhancement-Practical Application”; Establishing a curriculum evaluation system centered on“Continuous Improvement”has achieved effective evaluation of student knowledge, thinking, and abilities, explored a multi-level teaching model of“One Line Three Integration”, and empowered the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in the horticulture major.
