摘要：为培养高技能人才，服务大健康产业发展，雅安职业技术学院携手王老吉大健康产业（雅安）有限公司、华润三九（雅安）药业有限公司、雅安市中医医院等区域内大健康产业相关企业，聚焦创新人才培养模式，提升专业建设质量，共同建设了雅安市食品药品应用开发工程技术研究中心。该中心是多方搭建的产学研训创一体化平台，主要开展技术培训与服务，打造人才培养与技术服务创新高地。该中心的建设与运行，旨在深化产教融合和科教融汇，为产业转型升级和区域经济发展注入新动能，赋能区域产业创新升级与人才培养质量提升，为职业教育服务区域发展提供了可借鉴路径。

A New Paradigm for Empowering the Talent Training in the Health Industry Based on the Engineering Technology Research Center

Abstract：In order to cultivate high-skilled talents, and serve the development of the health industry, Ya’an Polytechnic College has partnered with Wanglaoji Health Industry （Ya’an） Co., Ltd., China Resources Sanjiu（Ya’an） Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ya’an, and other related enterprises in the regional health industry, to focus on innovative talent training mode, improve the quality of professional construction, and jointly build Ya’an Food and Drug Application Development Engineering Technology Research Center. The center is a multi-party integrated platform for industry-university-research training-innovation, which mainly carries out technical training and services, and creates a highland of talent training and technical service innovation. The construction and operation of the center aims to deepen the integration of industry and education and the fusion of science and education. This initiative will inject new momentum into industrial transformation and upgrading and regional economic development, it will also empower regional industrial innovation and upgrading, and improve the quality of personnel training, which provides a replicable path for vocational education to support regional development.
