HPLC-DAD法测定养生茶中的双氯芬酸钠

摘要:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定养生茶中双氯芬酸钠的方法。以80%甲醇为溶剂,超声(200W)提取20min,0.02mol/L乙酸铵+0.05%甲酸溶液∶乙腈=40∶60(v/v)为流动相,检测波长230nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量10 μL,外标法定量。检出限5.350 mg/kg,线性范围1.02~204 μg/mL,相关系数(R2)为0.999 9,加标回收率在77.0%~106.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2%以内。该方法简单、准确、快速,与液质联用仪相比,该法成本低,普及率高,适用于养生茶中双氯芬酸钠的测定。

Determination of Diclofenac Sodium in Health Tea by HPLC-DAD Method

Abstract:A high-performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of diclofenac sodium in health tea. Using 80% methanol as solvent, 200 W ultrasonic extraction for 20 min, 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate+0.05% formic acid solution∶acetonitrile=40:60 (v/v) as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 230 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature of 35℃, injection volume of 10 μL, external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Detection limit was 5.350 mg/kg, linear range was 1.02~204 μg/mL, correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.999 9, spiked recovery rate was between 77.0%~106.7%, relative standard deviation (RSD) was within 2%. This method is simple, accurate, and fast. Compared with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, this method has lower cost and higher popularity rate, suitable for the determination of diclofenac sodium in health tea.
