摘要：将课程思政元素有效融入现代产业学院建设，对新时代食品类专业课程建设提出新的要求。该文以岭南师范学院“食品分析”课程思政建设为例，分析了目前该课程思政建设存在的问题和建设思路，结合该学院预制菜现代产业学院建设实践，探讨了产业学院背景下课程思政有效融入“食品分析”课程的经验和做法，探索课程思政建设融入产业学院的新路径，以期为其他专业课程思政建设提供有益参考与借鉴，也为产业学院进一步加强高素质应用型人才培养提供新思路。

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in“Food Analysis”Course under the Background of Modern Industrial College

Abstract: Effectively integrating course ideological and political elements into the construction of modern industrial college puts forward new requirements for the construction of food related major courses in the new era. This paper takes the ideological and political construction of “Food Analysis” course in Lingnan Normal University as an example，analyzes the existing problems and construction ideas of the ideological and political construction of the course， combines with the construction practice of the modern industry college of preprepared food in this school，discusses the experience and practices of effectively integrating the course ideology and politics into the“Food Analysis”course under the background of the industrial college，and explores the new path of integrating the course ideological and political construction into the industrial college. It is expected to provide useful reference for the ideological and political construction of other professional courses，and also provide new ideas for the industrial college to further strengthen the training of high-quality applied talents.
