摘要:实践教学在粮食储藏学科涉及的本科专业中发挥着重要作用,但目前传统的实践教学普遍存在耗时长、成本高、不深入等问题。虚拟仿真技术能够较为真实地模拟粮食储藏过程中的收粮、储藏与检测等环节,在工科类专业实践教学过程中发挥着重要作用,但仍不能完全替代传统的实践教学。因此,该研究深入分析两种教学方式的优缺点,结合当前普通本科院校的实际情况,探讨通过“虚实结合”的方式构建融合式教学体系,对提升高校人才实践能力具有重要意义。

Exploration on Grain Storage Practical Teaching Based on the Combination of Virtual and Real Situations

Abstract: Practical teaching plays an important role in undergraduate majors related to grain storage, but current traditional practical teaching is generally found with problems like long time consumption, high cost,and lack of depth. Virtual simulation technology can simulate links of grain storage process such as harvest,storage and testing in a relatively realistic manner, and plays an important role in practical teaching in engineering-related majors. However, it can’t completely replace traditional practical teaching. This study thoroughly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching methods,and in conjunction with the actual situation of current general undergraduate universities,discusses the construction of an integrated teaching system through the“Combination of Virtual and Real Situations”method. This approach is of great significance for improving the practical skills for university students.
