摘要：酿酒葡萄皮籽的综合开发利用对葡萄酒产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。该文基于文献计量，选取2020年1月—2024年9月中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science（WOS）数据库中英文文献，以关键词聚类、突现图谱等进行数据可视化分析，总结了葡萄皮籽的研究现状。结果显示：近5年来，葡萄皮籽领域发文量相对平稳，根据关键词聚类分析及突现分析，葡萄皮籽的研究热点主要集中在3个方向，即：葡萄皮籽多酚等活性成分的提取方法、葡萄皮籽提取物的功效机制及葡萄皮籽提取物的综合开发利用。未来通过多学科结合的深入研究，葡萄皮籽的健康功效和经济价值有望进一步得到挖掘和应用。

Research Progress of Grape Peel and Seed Based on Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract: The comprehensive development and utilization of wine grape peel and seed are of great significance to the sustainable development of wine industry. Based on bibliometrics， this paper chooses the Chinese and English literature from CNKI and Web of Science （WOS） databases from January 2020 to September 2024，and through data visualization analysis using keyword clustering and emergence degree maps，the research status of grape peel and seed is summarized. The results show that in the past 5 years，number of publications in the field of grape peel and seed is relatively stable， according to the keyword clustering analysis and emergent degree analysis， grape peel and seed research hot points mainly focus on 3 directions： extraction method of active ingredients such as grape peel and seed polyphenols， the efficacy mechanism of grape peel and seed extracts， and the comprehensive development and utilization of grape peel and seed extracts. In the future，through in-depth interdisciplinary research，the health benefits and economic value of grape peels and seeds are expected to be further explored and applied.
