摘要:“食品质量控制与管理”课程在人才素质培养目标和知识内容上紧密契合新时代所倡导的工匠精神。在课程教学中,通过塑造工匠精神传承者、深耕专业精髓和全方位评价等策略,将工匠精神融入课程思政教学中,全力培养具备高尚职业操守、勇于创新、追求卓越的食品行业人才。该文聚焦探索教学策略,旨在将工匠精神深度融入课程教学,强化其教育功能,力求在育才的同时实现育人目标,达到知识传授与品德塑造的双重成效。

Deep Integration and Mode Innovation of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of“Food Quality Control and Management”in Vocational Colleges Under the Guidance of Craftsmanship Spirit

Abstract: “Food Quality Control and Management”course closely aligns with craftsmanship spirit advocated in the new era in terms of talent quality cultivation objectives and knowledge content. In the course teaching,by strategies like shaping the inheritors of craftsmanship spirit, deeply cultivating professional essence, and conducting comprehensive evaluation, the craftsmanship spirit is integrated into the ideological and political teaching, and all efforts are made to cultivate food industry talents with noble professional ethics, courage to innovate, and pursuit of excellence. This article focuses on exploring teaching strategies, aiming to deeply integrate craftsmanship spirit into course teaching, reinforce its education function and strive to achieve educational goals while cultivating talents,achieving a dual effect of knowledge imparting and morality shaping.
