基于“S-M-A-R-T”教学理念对高校营养学公选课的改革与实践 ——以中山大学“食之有道——营养与健康”课程为例

摘要:为响应《健康中国行动(2019—2030)》《国民营养计划(2017—2030)》等政策文件的倡导,提升大学生健康素质与知识储备,中山大学开设了“食之有道——营养与健康”公共选修课程,侧重探讨营养学基础知识、合理膳食的应用,以及营养与健康的关系。该课程通过全新的“S-M-A-R-T”教学理念,将思政元素融入课程设计,并实施多元化教学模式,构建以学生为中心的教学体系,助力全面培养大学生健康素养与社会责任。该文结合课堂实例,着重探讨基于“S-M-A-R-T”教学理念对“食之有道——营养与健康”课程的改革与实践。

Reform and Practice of the Public Elective Course of Nutriology in Universities Based on“S-M-A-R-T”Teaching Philosophy

——Taking the Course“Eating with Wisdom——Nutrition and Health” at Sun Yat-sen University as an Example

Abstract: In response to the advocate of“Healthy China Initiative (2019—2030) ”“National Nutrition Plan (2017—2030) ”, improvement of university students’ health quality and knowledge reserve, Sun Yat- sen University opened a public elective course“Eating with Wisdom——Nutrition and Health”, which focuses on the basic nutriology knowledge,suitable diet application,and the relationship between nutrition and health. This course integrates ideological and political elements into the course design through novel“S-M-A-R-T”teaching philosophy,implements a diversified teaching model,and constructs a new student-centered teaching system to comprehensively cultivate university students’health quality and social responsibility. This article combines with actual class example and focuses on the course reform and practice of“Eating with Wisdom——Nutrition and Health”based on the“S-M-A-R-T”philosophy of teaching.
