新质生产力视域下食品类研究生创新能力培养模式研究与实践 ——以西华大学为例

摘要:在全球化和信息化时代背景下,食品工业正经历着向现代化、智能化、绿色化方向的转型,对食品类研究生的创新能力培养提出了新的挑战。该文阐明了新质生产力与食品类研究生创新能力培养之间的关系,探讨了新质生产力视域下食品类研究生创新能力的培养路径,提出了构建“思政铸魂-学科筑基-新质为驱-产学研用”的培育体系及相关举措。该体系强调思政教育的引领作用,涵盖了学科基础、创新能力、实践技能及产学研融合四个维度。通过研究生培养方案和教学内容体系的改革,重塑强思政、厚学科、重交叉、突实践的人才培养模式,并有效整合产教融合资源,提升了研究生的创新能力,为培养符合时代需求的食品类研究生提供了有效路径。

Research and Practice on Cultivation Mode of Innovation Ability of Food Major Postgraduate Students from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: Under the background of globalization and information age, the food industry is undergoing a transformation towards modernization,intelligence,and sustainability,which poses new challenges for cultivating the innovation capabilities of food major postgraduate students. This paper explains the relationship between new quality productivity and the cultivation of food major postgraduate students’ innovation abilities, discusses the cultivation path of innovation abilities of food major postgraduate students from the perspective of new quality productivity, puts forward the construction of cultivation system and related measures of “Ideological and Political Forging Soul-Disciplinary Foundation-New Quality Driven-Production,Education,Research,Practice”. This system focuses on the leading effect of ideological and political education, encompasses four dimensions:disciplinary foundation,innovation capability,practical skills,and the integration of production,education,and research. Through the reform of the postgraduate cultivation plan and teaching contents system, the talent cultivation mode is reshaped in the term of robust ideology, solid discipline, enhanced interdiscipline, and highlighted practice. Through effectively integrating production and education resources has enhanced the innovation ability of postgraduate students, providing an effective path for cultivating food related postgraduate students who meet the needs of the times.
