摘要:为系统评估种植地对凉粉草质量的影响,采集种质相同、种植地点不同的样品,进行全面的质量检测分析,以明确产地因素对其质量的影响。该研究依据《广东省中药材标准》(第三册)的质量要求,对28批凉粉草样品进行水分含量、总灰分含量、水溶性浸出物含量、总黄酮含量、得胶率及色度等指标的系统检测,并分析产地对上述指标的影响。28批样品的各项质量指标均符合标准要求,其中水分含量为(8.10±0.08)%~(10.57±0.03)%,总灰分含量为(6.75±0.10)%~(8.70±0.07)%,水溶性浸出物含量为(23.55±0.005 0)%~(32.20±0.003 2)%,总黄酮含量为(8.33±0.0165)%~(23.80±0.0045)%,得胶率为(27.53±0.0038)%~(42.50±0.0056)%,色度为(5.42±0.0254)~(17.25±0.0127)EBC。研究发现,不同种植地的样品各指标均表现出明显差异,尤其在水溶性浸出物含量、总黄酮含量和得胶率方面。因此,优化种植地选择与栽培技术是提高凉粉草质量的关键,针对不同用途的产品生产,应根据不同产地特点调整种植方案,以确保药材的高质量稳定供应。

Comparative Analysis on the Quality of Mesona chinensis from Different Planting Areas

Abstract: In order to systematically evaluate the influence of planting area on the quality of Mesona chinensis, samples with the same germplasm but different planting locations were collected and conducted to comprehensive quality inspection and analysis to clarify the influence of origin factors on its quality. This study systematically tested the moisture content,total ash content,water-soluble extract content,total flavonoid content,gel yield, and chromaticity of 28 batches of Mesona chinensis samples in accordance with the quality requirements of the “Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Standards”(Volume 3),and analyzed the influence of the place of origin on these indicators. All quality indicators of the 28 batches of samples met the standard requirements,with a moisture content of (8.10±0.08)%~(10.57±0.03)%,a total ash content of (6.75±0.10)%~(8.70±0.07)%,a water-soluble extract content of (23.55±0.005 0)%~(32.20±0.003 2)%,a total flavonoid content of (8.33±0.016 5)%~(23.80±0.004 5)%,a gel yield of (27.53±0.003 8)%~(42.50±0.005 6)%,and a chromaticity of (5.42±0.025 4)~(17.25±0.012 7) EBC. This study revealed that samples from different planting areas showed significant differences in various indicators,especially in terms of water-soluble extracts content, total flavonoid content, and gel yield.
