基于Web of Science 和CNKI 的食品包装复合膜文献计量研究

摘要:近几十年来,食品包装的使用量呈指数级增长。据统计,全球40%的塑料包装材料被应用于食品行业。然而,传统的石油基塑料难以降解,引发了严重的环境问题。生物聚合物材料由于良好的生物相容性和可降解性,已成为石油基塑料的替代品。该文基于Web of Science和CNKI两大数据库,采用Cite Space和文献计量法,对食品包装复合膜研究领域的文献进行分析。结果表明,该领域发文量呈现明显的上升趋势,其主要学科是食品科学技术、高分子科学、应用化学,主要文献类型是学术论文。该领域出现次数最多的关键词是“mechanical property(机械性能)”,文献被引频次最高的是2016年发表的《Recent advances in regenerated cellulose materials》。该研究结果为食品包装复合膜的可持续创新与产业应用提供了理论依据与趋势指引。

Bibliometric Study on Food Packaging Composite Film Based on Web of Science and CNKI

Abstract: The use of food packaging has grown exponentially in recent decades. According to statistics,40% of the world’s plastic packaging materials are used in the food industry. However, traditional petroleum- based plastics are difficult to degrade, causing serious environmental problems. Biopolymer material has become an alternative to petroleum-based plastics due to its good biocompatibility and degradability. Based on the Web of Science and CNKI databases,this paper analyzes the literature in the field of food packaging composite film by using Cite Space and bibliometric methods. The results show that the number of papers published in this field shows an obvious upward trend, and the main discipline is food science and technology, polymer science,applied chemistry and the main type of literature is academic paper. The most frequently cited keyword in this field is“mechanical properties”, and the most frequently cited literature is “Recent advances in regenerated cellulose materials” published in 2016. China ranks among the top in the world in terms of the number of publications,authors and institutions.
