摘要:聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)是一种新型的、全生物合成的绿色低碳生物聚合物材料,具有广泛的应用前景。嗜盐单胞菌作为PHAs发酵生产的主要底盘细胞之一,基于开放式发酵特性克服了传统生物发酵的诸多瓶颈,在放大生产和规模化推广过程中面临着机遇和挑战。该文系统梳理了该领域的现状与关键问题,以期推动嗜盐单胞菌发酵生产PHAs的快速发展。

Abstract: Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) are a kind of novel, fully biosynthetic green low-carbon biopolymer material with broad application prospects. Halomonas bluephagenesis as one of the main chassis cells for PHAs fermentation production, overcoming many bottlenecks of traditional biological fermentation based on open fermentation characteristics, it is faced with opportunities and certain challenges in the process of scaling up production and promotion. This article summarizes the current situation and key issues in this field aiming at promoting the rapid development of PHAs fermentation production by Halomonas bluephagenesis.
