思政教育与海洋特色融入《食品生物化学》教学的改革研究与实践

:《食品生物化学》课程具有多学科交叉融合的特征,教学内容繁多复杂,学生学习难度较高。授课教师团队以全员全程全方位的三全育人为教育方针,以德育智育协同培养模式为切入点,对《食品生物化学》课程进行教学改革,主要通过将思政元素与海洋特色融入教学设计并改进教学方法等手段,实现润物无声的教学育人效果,最终构建融入思政元素的课程体系及全方位育人的教学体系。实践表明,思政教学改革有利于提高课程目标达成度,提升学生对本课程的学习兴趣,培育学生的道德意识、科学思维和创新能力等综合素质。

Exploration on Teaching Reform and Practice of “Food Biochemistry” Course Integrating Ideological 

and Political Education and Marine Characteristics

Abstract: “Food Biochemistry” has the characteristic of multi-disciplinary cross-integration and it’s difficult for students to learn. The teachers have carried out teaching reforms to the course of “Food Biochemistry”. Here, the education policy is based on the concept of full staff, whole process and all-round education, namely “three-wide education” policy. The “moral education” and “intellectual education” collaborative training mode is taken as the breakthrough point. The teaching reform was performed mainly by integrating ideological and political elements and marine characteristics into teaching design and improving teaching methods, in order to achieve the effect of moisturizing and educating students. Finally, a curriculum system incorporating elements of ideological and political education and a teaching system that educates students in an all- round way was constructed. The results showed that it’s beneficial to improve the objective achievement scale, enhance students’ interest in learning the curriculum, and cultivate students’ moral awareness,scientific thinking and innovation ability and other comprehensive qualities.
