摘要:课程思政的教学改革广受关注,专业教育如何与课程思政有机融合,是一个值得探讨的问题。本文以《发酵工程技术》课堂教学融入课程思政的教学实践为出发点,确立课程思政的设计方案,在教学过程中实现科学素养元素与专业知识点融合、案例解析与思政元素结合、教学资源与仿真教学结合。思政育人教学达到了预期效果,树立学生的价值认同,培养学生的创新意识和工程思维,培育学生的工匠精神,为课程思政教学改革提供参考。

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Fermentation Engineering Technology Course

Abstract: Teaching reform of ideological and political teaching is widely concerned, and it is a question for worth exploring that how to integrate professional education with ideological and political teaching. In this paper, the classroom teaching was integrated into ideological and political education in the teaching practice of“Fermentation engineering technology”. Take this as a starting point,design scheme was established for the ideological and political education. In the teaching process, they are realized that integration of scientific literacy elements and professional knowledge points, case analysis combined with ideological and political elements,teaching resources combined with simulation teaching. The teaching reform had achieved the expected results, which established the value identification, trained the innovation consciousness and engineering thinking, and fostered the spirit of craftsmanship, so it provided reference for the reform about the ideological and political education.
