“食品理化检验”课程混合式教学的设计与实施

摘要:为进一步满足当前社会对食品质量与安全专业学生的要求,同时为了提高教学效率,有效化解教学过程中遇到的难题,尝试使用做中学、做中教的教学理念和混合式的教学模式。以学生为主体,教师为主导,线上有资源,线下有活动,过程有评价,采用项目教学法和实践教学法,学生在理实一体化的实验室中,进行自主学习和协助学习。基于此种教学方法提出食品理化检验课程教学设计与实践,并研究此方法的可行性。

The Design and Implementation of Blended Teaching of “Food Physical and Chemical Examination” Course

AbstractIn order to further meet the current social requirements for students majoring in food quality and safety, and improve the efficiency of teaching, effectively solve the problems encountered in the process of teaching, try to use the teaching idea of learning by doing, teaching by doing and blended teaching mode. Students as the main body, teachers as the leading, online resources, offline activities, process evaluation, using project teaching method and practice teaching method, students learn independently and assist learning in the laboratory of integrating theory and practice. Based on this teaching method, the teaching design and practice of “Food Physical and Chemical Examination” course were proposed, and the feasibility of this method was studied.
