植物油脂中苯并(a)芘含量检测方法研究

摘要:应用HPLC-FLD法建立测定植物油中苯并(a)芘含量的检测方法,并比较不同植物油中苯并(a)芘的含量差异。本实验通过对样品的净化处理方法、色谱柱选择等条件的优化,最终采用中性氧化铝固相萃取小柱对样品进行净化处理,色谱条件为Waters T3 C18250 mm×4.6 mm5 μm),乙腈水(88∶12v/v),柱温35 ℃,进样量20 μL,荧光检测器。方法学考察结果显示其线性范围、精密度、重复性、稳定性和加标回收试验均符合标准要求,经反复烹饪后的植物油脂中苯并(a)芘含量明显高于一般的植物油脂。结果表明该检测方法准确、稳定、可行,可用于植物油中苯并(a)芘含量测定,为控制食用植物油脂的质量安全提供参考依据。

Study on Determination Method of BenzoaPyrene Content in Plant Oils

AbstractHPLC-FLD method was applied to determine the content of benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oils, and the differences of benzo (a) pyrene content in different vegetable oils were compared. In this experiment, the purification method and chromatographic column selection were optimized, and finally neutral alumina solid phase extraction column was used to purify the sample. The chromatographic conditions were: Waters T3 C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile: water (88:12, v/v), column temperature 35 , sample volume 20 μL, fluorescence detector. The results of methodological investigation showed that its linear range, precision, repeatability, stability and spaked recovery test all met the standard requirements, and the content of benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oil after repeated cooking was significantly higher than that of common vegetable oil. The results showed that the method is accurate, stable and feasible, and can be used for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oil, which provides a reference for controlling the quality and safety of edible vegetable oil.
