摘要:基于露点原理,将热雾法和冷雾法应用于透明玻璃酒瓶抗结雾性检测,探讨不同方法的检测条件。同时研究不同条件下结露现象特征等,比较不同方法的特点和异同。结果表明,热雾法和冷雾法均能用于玻璃酒瓶防雾性检测,并且结果准确、灵敏度高,其中急速热雾法和水浴热雾法易于观察、耗时少,更适合于快速检测。当露点温度在±0.5 ℃变化时,结露形态外观都有明显变化,易于辨识。

Abstract:Based on the dew point principle, hot fog method and cold fog method were used to test the anti fogging property of transparent glass wine bottles, and the test conditions of different methods were discussed. At the same time, the characteristics of condensation phenomenon under different conditions were studied, and the characteristics, similarities and differences of different methods are compared. The results show that both the hot fog method and the cold fog method can be used to detect the antifogging property of glass wine bottles with high accuracy and sensitivity. The rapid hot fog method and the water bath hot fog method are easy to observe, less time consuming, and more suitable for rapid detection. The detection sensitivity is high. When the dew point temperature changes at ±0.5 ℃,the appearance of the condensation form changes significantly, which is easy to identify.
