火麻油对幽门螺杆菌抑菌活性及作用研究

摘要:初步探究火麻油对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pyloriHp)的抑菌活性及作用。通过二倍稀释法测定火麻油对Hp的抑菌圈直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)、生长曲线及胞内核酸和蛋白质泄漏情况。结果表明,火麻油对Hp的抑菌圈直径为(16.51±0.08mmMIC1/128 mLMBC1/32 mL。火麻油对Hp的生长具有明显的抑制作用,并使菌液中核酸和蛋白质含量均增加,且1 MIC的抑制作用明显优于1/2 MIC。研究结果表明火麻油对Hp具有抑制活性,初步推测其抑制作用可能是通过破坏细菌细胞壁而发挥的。

Study on Antibacterial Activity and Effect of Hemp Oil on Helicobacter pylori

AbstractTo explore the antibacterial activity and effect of hemp oil on Helicobacter pylori (Hp). The inhibition zone diameter, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), growth curve and intracellular nucleic acid and protein leakage of hemp oil against Helicobacter pylori were determined by double dilution method. The inhibition zone diameter of hemp oil against Hp was (16.51±0.08) mm, MIC was 1/128 mL, MBC was 1/32 mL. Hemp oil had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Hp, and increased the content of nucleic acid and protein in the bacterial solution, and the inhibitory effect of 1 MIC was significantly better than that of 1/2 MIC. Hemp oil has inhibitory activity against Hp, and it is preliminarily speculated that its inhibitory effect may be exerted by destroying bacterial cell wall.
